How to use the EMDR tool


a) Starting a session:

Click the "Start" button to begin visual stimulation


b) Adjusting parameters:

Speed: Choose between Slow, Medium, or Fast
Movement type: Select Linear or Sinusoidal
Sound: Turn sound on/off and choose from 3 sound kits
Vibration: Turn vibration on/off (on compatible devices)


c) During the session:

Follow the moving circle with your eyes
Focus on the traumatic memory or thought to be reprocessed
Let your thoughts and emotions evolve naturally


d) Ending the session:

Click the button again (now "Stop") to halt the stimulation
